You will have options for western foods like pizza, momo, chowmein, spaghetti, pasta and during the trek but we recommend you to have tea, coffee, soup, bread, egg, Tibetan bread and typical Nepali food to make yourself healthy in high-altitude. You also recommend you to bring quick snacks like chocolate bars, energy bars, and cheese along with you to boost your energy during the trek.
In peak season, it is hard to find a room in teahouses, so we have to book in advance. You'll stay on a twin-sharing basis and most of the tea-houses have shared toilets at the corridor or outside the vicinity. The standard of the accommodation service varies accordingly to the altitude where you'll be staying in a 3-star hotel while in Kathmandu and while trekking, you'll be staying in a local lodge or teahouses.
