 Day 2 : Trip preparation & Sightseeing

 

After Breakfast, you will go half-day sightseeing in the most popular tourist site Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square, both are world heritage sites among the seven popular heritage sites in Kathmandu, Nepal. During the short sightseeing, you will have a great moment to learn many things about history, culture, and religions. 

You will come back to Thamel afternoon then you have time for trip preparation and a last-hour backpack for the final departure to your Everest basecamp trek 


 Day 3 : Fly to Lukla, (alt. 2780m),and trek to Phakding, (alt. 2610m.)

 

Early in the morning, we will drive to the domestic airport to catch a flight to Lukla.  after all customers clear we will board a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the starting point of our trek. We can get to Tenzing Hillary Airport in 35 minutes while admiring the beautiful green landscape and the White Mountains. This is the world's most beautiful air route, ending in a spectacular hillside surrounded by high mountains. When we arrive in Lukla, we will meet our porter and finish packing before beginning our trek through the wealthy Lukla village to Phakding. We'll take a short walk today to get used to the atmosphere. However, if you are interested in going on an additional trip, we will go to a nearby Monastery

 Day 4 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, (alt 3400m) 5 to 6 hours.

 

We will begin our walk in the morning after breakfast. Today's trek is cheerful, with a few short ascents and descents, several crossings of the DhudKoshi River, and an early view of Mt. Thamserku (6623/21729 ft) via Benkar village. We will arrive in Monjo, a gateway to the Sagarmatha National Park, after crossing many bridges and keeping track of trekkers and local trekking staff. Regular walks take us to Jorsale, Namche Bazaar's final village. Walking through the river bed, we will arrive at the Hillary suspension bridge. We'll start ascending now, towards Namche bazaar, and if the weather holds out until the afternoon, you'll be able to enjoy the glorious and closer view of Namche like  Kwangde Peak, we can be mesmerized by Kusum Kangaru, Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Tawache, and many other peaks.  We will get the pleasure of this panorama by sitting in a nice place for a while in chordate. We will spend our night at the colorful village of Namche Bazaar which is the entrance to the Khumbu region


 Day 5 : Rest at Namche Bazaar, (alt. 3410m)

 

Today is our rest day in Namche, and you will also go for a short hike to Everest viewpoint (alt.3800m). after breakfast,  after a 30 - 40 minute warm-up hike from the lodge first, you will reach in Sagarmatha national park office and the Mount Everest museum center on the hill of Namche.  visit Museum and national park office. from here, you will also have a strengthened Mount Everest range, Mt. Aama Dablam,m, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Kusum kangaroo, Kongde peak, and Khumbu - la including many beautiful peaks around.  

Continue two more hours and ascend to Everest view hotel for good enough acclimatization and a close view of the Mount Everest range and other popular Himalayan peaks. you can also take hot tea in the Everest view hotel with the beautiful Mount Everest view and back to Namche bazaar for lunch. Afternoon you have some free time and you can visit the Local market and the old monastery in Namche.

 Day 6 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Phortse, (alt 3800m.), 4 to 5 hour

s.

After good two days at Namche, we leave Namche behind to reach Tengboche Monastery through the blooming rhododendron forest. the trail leads us gradually ascending to Kyanjungma about 2 hours from Namche, here we can stop for hot tea and then we will trek to Mong la dada (alt.4040m) , here we will stop for hot lunch about an hour. From Mong la dada we will have a best view of Mount Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawache, Chola tse , many beautiful peaks around. 

Final  two more hours trek to Photse village through the beautiful rhododendron and pine forest, along the way you may also have a chance to see wild animals and different species of birds. 

Phortse village  is the most beautiful Sherpa village in the Everest region. In this town, many big mountain climbers Sherpa were born.

 Day 7 : Trek from Phortse to Dingboche, (alt. 4410m), 5 to 6 hours.

 

We trek today, from Phortse village to Dingboche approx ( 5 to 6 hours) after breakfast. the trail to Panboche village is gradually ascending about three and a half hours through the hillside. we stop for lunch here, then we trek Dingboche village for two more hours. along the way, we will cross old sherpa people Settlements domestic animals, wooden bridges, and a beautiful view of Mount Everest and Mt. Ama Dablam at a close distance including beautiful Himalayan peaks.

Dingboche village (alt.4410m) is one of the famous villages during the Everest basecamp trek, surrounded by Mt. Ama Dablam and the Mount Everest range feels warmer than others place. here we going to take another rest day tomorrow.

 Day 8 : Rest in Dingboche, (alt. 4410m) hike to Nagarjung hill, alt. above 5000m.)

 

One more rest day in Dingboche allows us to know more about the Sherpa culture, traditions, and lifestyle of mountain people. After breakfast, you will go for a short hike to Nagarjun hill for 3 to 4 hours before lunch. after lunch, you will have some free time and you can visit around Dingboche, visit nearby villages, etc

 Day 9 : Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche, (alt 4900m.), 4 to 5hours

 

Before we go to the Everest Base Camp, we spend one night at Lobuche. Trek up the high valley to Lobuche from Dingboche, which is located next to the massive Khumbu Glacier. As the hike takes us up to the Thukla Hills, where many stupas have been erected in memory of Sherpas who have died on expeditions, you can clearly feel the effects of the thin air. Overnight stay at Lobuche. Before we go to the Everest Base Camp, we spend one night at Lobuche. Trek up the high valley to Lobuche from Dingboche, which is located next to the massive Khumbu Glacier. As the hike takes us up to the Thukla Hills, where many stupas have been erected in memory of Sherpas who have died on expeditions, you can clearly feel the effects of the thin air.  Day 10 : Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (alt. 5364m) and back to Gorakshep, alt 5100m , 8 to 9 hours.

 

Early in the Morning after breakfast, we will start our day,  After 2 to 3 hours we trek to Gorekshep. We will have a hot lunch here, and after lunch, we will continue trekking to Everest basecamp (alt.5364m), definitely, you will feel tired, but you will enjoy and have a great view of the Khumbu glacier and surrounding peaks around the basecamp.

 Another important day of our trek where we will visit the base camp of the highest mountain in the world, Everest Base Camp. We cannot see the peak of Everest directly from here, but the surrounding beauty will mesmerize you. We descend back to Gorakshep overnight stay.


 Day 11: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar viewpoint (alt.5550m) and back to Gorekshep Then fly back to Lukla by Helicopter and from Lukla return by airplane to Kathmandu. (alt. 1300m)

 

Very early in the morning before the sun embraces us, we will hike to Kalapather viewpoint for a sunrise view. generally,  3 hour hike to reach on top of the kala pather viewpoint. once you reach  Kala Patthar at 5,550m for the best view of  Mt.Everest, (alt. 8848m) Nuptse (alt.7930m), Lhotse alt.8516m), Mt. Ama Dablam  (alt.6812m), Mt. Cholaste  (alt.6440m) including many beautiful Himalayas peak around.  After exploring this amazing mountain view with sunrise you will trek back to the Gorekshep at the tea house for  1.5 hours. after breakfast  Helicopter will pickup from Gorekshep to Lukla and after sometime wait you will continue to fly back to Kathmandu by airplane.
