Food
The food at the lodge/teahouse varies according to the teahouse and its location. Basic lodge/teahouse offers a variety of meals whereas teahouses situated at higher altitudes may not be able to offer you the same menu items. But you'll get the hygienic and delicious in every teahouse. Most of the teahouses provide food dishes like Dal-Bhat set (Rice, lentils, vegetables), Pasta, Momo, potatoes, meat, Rice items, Noodles Items, etc. And Breakfast items include toast, eggs, pancakes, porridge, muesli, etc. During Kathmandu's stay, you'll have a variety of restaurants and food options to choose from.
Accommodation
Over the years, the standard of the Teahouses and lodges, especially in the Everest Region, have improved a lot. During our trek, you'll find a basic room, normally with just a bed with a pillow and blankets. Some lodges have electric lights and all have a warm and clean dining room-lounge. Most of the teahouses are run by local people where they provide basic facilities to some even providing luxury options. Nevertheless, all lodges/teahouses are very cozy and comfortable. Electricity to charge, Hot shower, and WIFI are available on most of the teahouses with an extra charge. During your Kathmandu stay, we'll provide you with luxurious service.
Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, our representatives will receive you at the airport terminal and direct transfer to the hotel in Thamel. After the hotel check-in process, you can rest or explore the local market of Asan or Thamel. Overnight at a hotel in Thamel.
We'll have breakfast at the hotel in Kathmandu and take a thrilling flight to mountain land, Lukla. During the flight, you'll see the panoramic view of the Himalayas. After we land at Lukla, We'll have lunch and trek for 3 to 4 hours to Phakding. Overnight at Phakding.
Today, we trek to Namche Bazaar, a famous Sherpa town and well-celebrated village in the Khumbu region. We'll pass numerous suspension bridges, bounded with many Buddhist prayer flags. We conclude today's trek at Namche for overnight stay.
Acclimatization day at Namche one of the major highlights of the trek where you can explore vibrant Sherpa culture and hike up to Syangboche, Everest View Hotel or Khumjung village for spectacular mountain views including Thamserku, Mt. Everest, Konde, Kangtega, Ama Dablam, Mt. Lhotse and Taboche. Overnight stay.
The trail to Tengboche Monastery offers the spectacular view of mountains including Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse and Thamserku. We'll visit several monasteries along the way and Tengboche Monastery is the major highlights of today's trek. We'll explore around the monastery and know it's history and value. Overnight stay.
The trail takes you through lush forests of birch, and rhododendron trees. During our walk, we can admire good views of Lhotse, Mt. Everest, and Ama Dablam. A decent walk for 5-6 hours, you'll arrive at Dingboche, picturesque village with several potato and buckwheat fields with grazing fields. Overnight stay.
The trek takes you along the arid terrace with stunning views of the surrounding beautiful valley and Mount Pumori (7,138 meters). We go downhill and cross a fast-flowing stream on a wooden bridge to reach at Duglha for lunch and continue on a steep terminal moraine of Khumbu Glacier. We walk further to reach Lobuche for an overnight stay.
Today's trek takes you to Gorek Shep and we'll stop there for a while for lunch and after taking a rest for a few hours, we continue our trek to the base camp of mt. Everest in the evening to sight the beautiful sunset over the majestic Himalayas. We return to Gorek Shep for an overnight stay.
After having a great day at Everest Base Camp last day, today is another milestone day of our itinerary. We go out early after breakfast and we hike to Kalapathar (5545 m). From the top, you can see the panoramic view of mountains like Nuptse, Amadablam, Cholatse, Pumori, Lhotse, Everest, Tabuche, Changtse, Lo-la, Lingtren, Khumbutse and many more can be seen. We go back to Pheriche or Pangboche for overnight stay.
The downhill walk starts from here onwards enjoying the views and memories we've collected in the last few days. We go downhill and steep crossing several suspensions bridges and monasteries on the way until we reach our destination. Overnight at Namche.
The walk goes forward crossing the suspension bridges over Dudh Koshi then end our trek at Lukla for the day. We can still enjoy the views of the rhododendron forests and snow-covered peaks while walking. We'll celebrate our success in the memorable trip to the Everest region. Overnight stay.
We fly to Kathmandu the early morning after breakfast that will give us some spare time to rest and explore the Kathmandu and shop gifts and souvenirs to family and friends. Overnight at Thamel.

1. CAN I GET NEPAL VISA ON ARRIVAL OR ONLINE ?
Yes, you can get an arrival visa at Trivubhan international airport. Visa cost per person is US $ 25 for 15 days of single/multiple entries, US $40 for 30 days of single/multiple entries, and US $ 100 for 90 days of single/multiple entries. Those individual passport holders from the member of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) do not need to pay a visa fee for 30 days.

3. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT NEPAL ?
Nepal has a diverse weather and climatic variation, to four different seasons: autumn (or fall), winter, spring, and summer (also monsoon). It is cold in December and January, but you can get away with shorts and T-shirts in June and July. Nepal has a temperate climate, which means that the winters are dry and the summers are hot. 5. HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE FOR TREKKING / WILL I ABLE TO DO IT ?
It depends which trek you want to go: if you chose shorter treks in Nepal and you already have a physical fitness then you do not need to worry about fitness, but if you are planning to go longer treks in Nepal then obviously you need to have the good fitness level and longer hikers before you go to trekking in Nepal. Definitely, shorter treks are easier than longer and more adventure treks in Nepal. If you planning to go on long treks in Nepal then you need a better fitness level and if you are planning for shorter treks then not required a long hike and fitness level.
6. WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN TEA HOUSE TREKKING AND CAMPING ?
Tea house treks in Nepal: while we are on trekking in mountain we sleep in tea house (belongs to someone house) provide to trekkers private room and bed with food from their own restaurants. Sleep in someone's small and simple guest house in mountains. Camping treks in Nepal: carry all tents, food, and kitchen crews in a big team and cook ourselves and sleep in a tent while we are on the trek. It is called camping trekking in Nepal. But nowadays camping treks are very less used because tea house treks in easier and comfortable, and cheaper. But still, in the remote area of mountain regions of Nepal, we must have to take tents where we can’t get tea houses to sleep and eat.

13. IS THERE IS AVILABLE TELEPHONE / INTERNET WHEN WE ARE ONE THE MOUNTAIN?
Yes, telephone, internet – wifi are available in most of the places in Nepal like Everest region, Annapurna region, Langtang region, and Manaslu region. But far west Nepal and remote areas of the country still there is no internet so you should prepare if you are going on such a trip.
14. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE EXPERIENCES ALTITUDE SICKNESS DURING THE TREK?
Normally altitude sickness starts from 2500 to 3000m. During the trek if encase you have received an altitude sickness then first you will received several symptoms like fast breathing, tired, headache, vomiting, and can’t sleep properly at night, can’t eat enough so then after your guide shall give you a lot of positive suggestion, advice, and our guide are well training about first aid kit. normally our guide carries a first aid kid bag with him during the trek, and the guide will give you altitude sickness medicine like Diamox, and as much as possible your guide shall take you to descend 400 to 500m. And if encase this altitude sickness is not controlled and makes it more serious then we will call the evacuation and take you to the hospital nearby or Kathmandu.
15. HOW DO I AVOID ALTITUDE SICKNESS DURING THE TREKKING IN NEPAL ?
Yes you can easily avoid an altitude sickness during the trekking in Nepal. Before you planning to come Nepal for trekking any region of Himalaya you should prepared both physically and mentally well. And do a well training at least 3 to 6 months before your trip start.
