Introduction
Mera Peak Climbing is an ideal option for the trekking & climber freaks who want to discover the pristine beauty of the Himalayas in Nepal. Located in the Hinku valley of northern Nepal, Mera Peak (6,461m) is the highest trekking peak in the world which consists of three summits Mera South, Mera North, and Mera Centra. The main highlights of this trek are a hike to base camp and summit itself and Mera Peak provides the best view of mountains including Mt. Everest, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Makalu, and Kangchenjunga in the Far East. Climbing Mera Peak is a tough challenge. The level of oxygen is less than half of what it is at sea level, so if you're a beginner or don't have previous trekking experience in high altitude, we don't recommend this trek for you. We will stay in the full-supported tented camp and training will be given by our mountain experts and guides before you go for the adventure. During this trek, you'll see the snow-covered Himalayas blessed with serene and fascinating view creates a unique charm that remains stored in the minds of the tourists forever. Months of March to May & Sep to Dec are the perfect months for this adventure.

Then we climb up to Mera base camp (5,300m) and finally Mera Peak at 6,661m. After enjoying the best view at the Mera summit, we descend back via Khare to Lukla and fly to Kathmandu.

Food
The food in the teahouse will be basic, simple local and organic food that is made from locally produced products. You can choose your food preferences from the food menu available at the teahouse or camp. You can enjoy a variety of food items during your stay in Kathmandu. The food items in the trek include ethnic cuisines foods as well as western-style meals such as Sherpa stew, fresh vegetable items, handmade bread items, , rara noodles, different soups, spaghetti, pizza, rice items, eggs, potatoes items, apple pie, Dal Bhat, etc. We recommend you to have black tea, lemon tea, hot chocolates, ginger tea, and garlic soup to stay away from the high-elevation problem. In high-elevation, there won't be any teahouse to provide you a food, so we'll provide you a experienced kitchen crew who'll prepare the best and delicious food for you.
Accommodation
In lower altitude guesthouses or teahouses are available run by local people who offer the standard comfort and services. Most rooms have twin beds, blanket, pillow with showers available and bathroom on a sharing basis and other basic facilities. As you trek to the higher altitudes, you will find that most of the time your accommodation will include tea-houses and local lodges managed by the residents and camps. One thing, you need to keep in mind that single rooms might not be available easily in higher altitudes as in Kathmandu valley or lower elevations. We'll also stay in camps/tents for few days.
