Then the journey moves towards Tyangobche which offers one of the finest scenery of Everest as well as other neighboring peaks. The trek takes us through the countryside, where we immerse in centuries-old Nepalese and Tibetan cultures and historical monasteries. Then trek continues towards Dingboche where we begin the arrangement for our Island peak climbing expedition. After exploring the spectacular scenery from Island Peak, we descend back to Lukla via the same route and fly back to Kathmandu.

In many larger villages and lower elevations, you may find some meat items on the menu. Each day dinner and breakfast will be at a lodge you'll stay at and we'll have lunch on the way to the destination. If there are no teahouses, we'll provide you a kitchen crew, who'll provide the hygienic, quality and tasty food for you.

Island peak

We chose nature explore trekking for our trip to Island Peak (incl. EBC) because of the good reviews here on tripadvisor and our trekking and climb was perfect.
Our trekking guide Chhabin was the kindest, funniest and most knowledgable guide we could have wished for (we have met many other groups with lazy guides that didn't care enough). Climbing guide Tenzing was very experienced and helpful as well.
The communication with company-founder Dinesh was very easy and straight-forward and as I wrote trekking guide Chhabin and climbing guide Tenzing were outstanding.
Thank you for everything, it was just perfect.
We would choose Nature Explore again.

From different agencies that we reached out to, Nature Explore made the best impression by taking time to answer our questions and offering a good deal for our trip. We wanted to climb Island Peak with EBC as acclimatization, total 17 days.
Dinesh recommended a reliable place for renting a sleeping bag and other gear we needed. The climbing gear (harness, helmet, crampons) was provided at the Island Peak Base Camp and we didn’t need to carry it which was very convenient.
We decided to go without porter and carried our heavy backpacks.
Chhabin was our trekking guide. He is very experienced, helpful and funny. He was able to find the perfect pace for us and advised us on different route options if available. He took us to the best viewpoints, the museum and some monasteries. Always patiently answering our questions on culture, Nepali language and remaining distance :) We felt safe and well taken care of all the time. Meals, some tea and even snacks on summit day were included.
Even though I didn’t make it to the summit, it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to my next trekking with Nature Explore!!
