The trek covers some of the very popular trekking areas of Annapurna Region such as Ghandruk Village, Tadapani, Chhomrong from where one can witness the panoramic views of Annapurna South, Himchuli, Fishtail and other mountains in Annapurna region. It is a moderate trek in wilderness area below Annapurna South where a few numbers of trekkers have gone before. We go through several villages throughout this trek which gives us ample opportunities to explore and absorb local lifestyles that have changed little over centuries. You can know more about Gurung and Magar culture, festivals, tradition, and lifestyle. The trek will give you a fascinating adventure of a lifetime experience where you will be walking from paddy fields to cool alpine woodland of tall and blooming rhododendron-oak forest. The main highlights of this trek are Annapurna Base Camp and Khayer Lake, regarded as holy water flowing from the glaciers of snowcapped peaks.
This is a teahouse trek with few days spent in Teahouses. We follow our trail enjoying scenic surroundings to our main destination hidden lake.
