Everest Base Camp Trek

An Amazing Everest Base Camp Adventure. For our first visit to Nepal and our first time trekking in The Himalayas, we were so lucky to have met The guys at Nature Explore Trek who helped us have the perfect adventure to Everest Base Camp. I have been in contact with Dinesh via Facebook for a long time before we even arrived in Nepal and he has always been on hand to answer any questions and help us with our plans and put together our itinerary. When we landed in Kathmandu we were picked up at the airport by Bharat who helped us with everything that we needed whilst in Kathmandu before setting off on our trek in 2 days. Before our arrival, all of our flights to/from Lukla and our trekking guide were already arranged, so that we could relax and prepare before setting off on the trek 2 days later. Our trekking guide was Chhabin who was a fantastic guide and friend for our trip! He spoke great English and had excellent knowledge of the region. For our first time in the area it was a little difficult for us to get used to the Altitude but Chhabin looked after us with great care, and helped us to have a comfortable and enjoyable journey! I would highly recommend Nature Explore Trek to anybody, and I will not hesitate to contact them again on my next visit to Nepal! Thank you Dinesh, Bharat and Chhabin!

Incredible trek to Gosaikunda Lake, December 2018 I did the Gosaikunda trek, starting from Dhunche and headed towards Sundarijal in December 2018. Dinesh came recommended to me and I would readily recommend him, Bharat, Tika (my guide) and the team at Nature Explore to anyone else looking to do a trek. Organisation: I had limited time and organised it quite last minute. I had been in Nepal for 3 months and decided I wanted to do a trek and where I wanted to do it. I had decided on that trekking route before I approached Nature Explore. They were extremely helpful in helping me organise the trip, advising on timings, route, weather conditions, kit and permits. I honestly feel that everyone went out of their way to help me organise my trip, especially as it was fairly last minute (met first time on Wednesday, trek started Friday). I had been speaking to Dinesh on facebook, who gave me some great advice. Bharat came to my accommodation in Patan and then the next day I went to their office in Thamel. They took me for lunch, showed me the best shops in Thamel for coats (it's hard to know when they all look the same!) and introduced me to my guide, Tika (who was great!). Prices: They are very reasonable, unlike the extortionate prices big international trekking companies charge. And I feel like this is a better, more personal service. I chose to pay the guide separately, paying for my own food and accommodation during the trek. For a guide, they charged $20/day. This is quite cheap, but note that the prices will vary depending on season and how busy they are. It wasn't peak season and was very quiet when I went. Route: Gosaikunda is a beautiful trek with some amazing views of the mountains. I could see all the way across to the Annapurna range including the 'Fish Tail': I would definitely recommend it! The highest point you reach is 4610m, at the pass. The teahouses are basic along most of the route, until you reach further down south in to Kutumsang. But also note that off peak season few teahouses are open so you don't have a choice! Guide: As a solo traveler, I definitely wanted to take a guide with me. Tika was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area and so helpful with everything. He made me feel very comfortable for my whole trip and I would 100% recommend him as a guide!

Great guides and incredible tours I have been trekking around the Annapurna and Dinesh and his team have been amazing. They have answers to all your questions and guide you up the mountains to make sure you reach your goal. Quick in their responses and recommendations it made the trip even better. I have no doubt that I will return soon and would book Dinesh and his team again without hesitation. The trek itself offers spectacular views on some of the highest peaks in the world and the last day of the crossing, although you have to start rather early in the morning, is an experience you will never forget and can't be valued in money. The timings of the daily routes are just right and therefore you have enough to time for acclimatization and with it, there id enough fun so you will not give up. I also enjoyed a lot, that there are so many other trekkers around from all over the world and you get to meet people at different stations along the trek all over again. I am so glad that I have booked this trip, made friends for a lifetime and had an experience that brought me at stages at my absolute limits. But because of Dinesh and the team, it was easy to overcome that and fall in love with this part of the world. Thank you so much to the team of Nature Explore for an unforgettable trek and everything they have done to make sure this will be an unforgettable experience. I will be back soon for sure. There is still so much to see and explore.

Island peak We chose nature explore trekking for our trip to Island Peak (incl. EBC) because of the good reviews here on tripadvisor and our trekking and climb was perfect. Our trekking guide Chhabin was the kindest, funniest and most knowledgable guide we could have wished for (we have met many other groups with lazy guides that didn't care enough). Climbing guide Tenzing was very experienced and helpful as well. The communication with company-founder Dinesh was very easy and straight-forward and as I wrote trekking guide Chhabin and climbing guide Tenzing were outstanding. Thank you for everything, it was just perfect. We would choose Nature Explore again.

Gokyo trek without flying to Lukla I had an amazing time from the beginning till the end! I knew Bharat from a friend and contacted him for doing trekking with Nature Explore. He offered great service from the start on, made a great itinerary and was very helpful with answering all my questions very quickly! When I arrived in Nepal I got a pick-up from the airport and Bharat and my actual tour guide Chabbin supported me a lot with all the final preparations! The trek itself was wonderful. I started below from Lukla and got a really deep impression about the nepalese mountain life in the less-touristic lower altitude! Chabbin was a super guide, he didn't hesitate to support me at any time with anything and he taught me a lot about nepalese culture and language, what I appreciate! So we became really good friends after a very short period of time! All in all, this trek is an unforgettable memory for me and I highly-recommend to book with this lovely guides from Nature Explore. Thanks a million for making my trekking experience even better than I expected!

3 passes and EBC Amazing few weeks with nature explore! 360 mountain views everyday and first class service every day. Our guide Bharat was fantastic as was Dinesh during our Booking process. This Is the second time I have used nature explore and already thinking about my third time ! Our porter Kishor Karki was fantastic. So glad to have spent our time with him - had great fun bouncing English/Nepalese off each other . We will miss him. If anyone is thinking about 3 passes trek , cannot recommend nature explore more. Really tough, but fantastic! Arrive as a client , leave as a friend.

Everest Base camp and 3 passes Something I thought I would never be able to do turned into the trip of a lifetime - one of the highlight events of my life. No two days the same, stunning scenery wherever you looked and, if you don’t mind the odd 4am wake up call, the most beautiful awe inspiring views of sunrise over Everest/Lhotse/Ama Dablam - memories to last forever. Some days tougher than others but the effort was always rewarded. Our guide Bharat (walking knowledge base) and porter Kishor (superman) were great. After 2 weeks trekking it was hard to say goodbye. Nature Explore from booking to farewell dinner in Kathmandu provided a personal service that made you feel like a friend rather than a customer. Now looking to do Annapurna circuit with them.

Trekking With The Best Along The Chisapani Trail and Mardi Himal in Nepal... This was my fourth trip to the hills of Nepal and again I called on my friends at 'Nature Explore' to help plan my treks. We started with a short tune-up on The Chisapani Trail starting from the town of Nagarkot. This trail is close to Kathmandu and can be arranged as a 3-5 day hike. If you're pressed for time or just want to test your legs and lungs, this is a great way to catch some amazing views of the Himalayas and surrounding countryside. For our next outing, we decided to tackle The Mardi Himal out of Pokhara. It is longer, higher and more challenging but at 4,500 metres, you will be richly rewarded with spectacular views of Machhapuchhare or 'Fishtail' as the locals affectionately call it and on first sighting, you will understand why! The Mardi Himal isn't on everyone's list but its popularity is growing season by season. Depending on where you begin, it can be a 5-10 day trek offering lush, quiet forest trails along with breathtaking mountain vistas. It is a favourite hike with young Nepalis. What a wonderful experience to meet some singing and laughing along the trail! I was accompanied on both treks by 'Nature Explore' guide Chhabin KC and I can't say enough about his skills and knowledge as a guide but also his enthusiastic, congenial companionship. Bharat, Dinesh, Chhabin and everyone at 'Nature Explore' grew up in the hills of Nepal. Their love of this beautiful country and its people is matched only by their passion to share it with others. Whether this is your first trip to Nepal or you are an old hand, the 'Nature Explore' team will not only get you to your mountain 'safe and sound', you will have the time of your life along the way. Five stars for The Chisapani Trail. Five stars for The Mardi Himal. Five stars for 'Nature Explore'!

Ghorepani Poon Hill and Mardi Himal My trek with Nature Explore was an absolutely unforgettable experience. It was my first time trekking in Nepal, and I know without a doubt that I’ll be back soon! I did a 9-day trek combining Poon Hill and Mardi Himal in January 2020 with two friends. We saw breathtaking sunsets and sunrises and incredible close-up views of majestic mountains like Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South. We hiked through the rainforest, around beautiful mountain villages, and crossed bridges suspended over rivers. After days of hard trekking we also bathed in natural hot springs, a well-deserved treat. I could not have asked for a better guide than the one who led us, Chhabin KC. Not only was he very knowledgeable and experienced, but he also guided us through our journey with a fantastic attitude and sense of humor. One of the most rewarding parts of the trip was interacting with the local people, and learning about their culture and language. Chhabin helped make this part of the trip especially meaningful. It was very clear to me that the company cares very much about its clients and is willing to cater to their individual needs as much as possible. I would highly recommend Nature Explore to anyone hoping to trek in Nepal.
