Myself - Dinesh Karki, I have been working in tourism since 2003. Before establishing Nature Explore Treks I worked as a senior trekking and climbing guide for some of the reputed trekking companies in Nepal. I was born and raised in the Solukhumbu district known as Everest region. I came on tourism field from an early age, right after I finished my high school and I continued my study and work as well. Before I established Nature Explore trek in 2015, I initially worked as a porter several times and upgraded to assistant cook, senior cook, assistant guide, and senior guide. I have done all regions of trekking destinations like Annapurna region, Everest region, Langtang region, Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga, Upper and Lower Dolpa, Makalu region in Nepal, and some parts of India. I have a lot of experience in leading big groups in Tibet for Kailash - Mansarovar lake tour. I have also visited Western Europe multiple times in 2014, and 2016. When I was in Europe, I had a great chance to trek Western Europe's Alps.
I have also participate many training and programs conducted by WWF, KEEP, TAAN, NMA, and Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management. I am very environmentally conscious individual and I love the outdoors. I would love to share my experience and the beauty of the mountains with my clients. I look forward to extending our best service, assistance, and hospitality to give to you in a unique and personalized experience way.
Bharat KC
Position: Founder/ Adventure Guide
Mr.Bharat KC, born in eastern Nepal's Solukhumbu district, known as Everest region. He has been working on tourism field for 20 years. He has completed various programs conducted by WWF, TAAN, KEEP, Mountaineering Association, and Nepal Government. He has deep understanding of eco-friendly and sustainable tourism and rural development tourism. He has trekked the most popular trails in Nepal including "Great Himalayan Trail" (Lower Part known as green trail ) and "The Great Himalayan Trail" (Upper Part known as extremely difficult trail). Many years of association with a reputed travel company and precious experience in the trekking field of Nepal, India, Tibet & Bhutan. He thought it was time to take the matters into his own hands and finally established Nature Explore Trek in 2015 along with his long term friend and colleague Mr Dinesh Karki.
He says “I feel immensely fortunate to have been a part of this sector. It has given me the opportunity to get an intimate experience of different landscapes, terrain, people, and culture. I absolutely love to share the natural exquisiteness of my country and elsewhere with my clients. And in the process, I will do my utmost best to ensure that our clients will not just have a successful and safe trek but will make the most of their holidays and take away lasting and enriching memories along with them".
He has done Upper Great Himalayan trail in 2019 with a group from the UK and trek began from (Spring to summer total of 5 months, approxemetly 1800km in 130 days). this trip start from east Nepal Kanchenjunga mountains range & end to far west Nepal's Simikot dictrict. This is one of the biggest trekking route in the Himalayan Range, and it is the hardest one as well, you have to cross over 6000m high mountains passes three times including more than 50 over 5000m high passes along with this trip. Sarav Shan
Position: Founder
Sarav is an international yoga teacher residing in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is one of the core founding members of the company. He has been to Nepal numerous times and traveled to Mt.Kailash, Mt. Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Lakes, and the Annapurna circuit over Thorong La Pass. He has a profound love for trekking and adventure. He travels every year to Mt. Kailash.
Giving back to the community has always been at the center of all of Sarav’s initiatives. He runs two non-profit organizations: Sudharshana Foundation; a foundation with a mission to help kids learn and elevate people from poverty through education & through supporting/providing microfinancing projects.
Rishab Yogashram is an organization that teaches Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation & conducts Yoga retreats & meditation camps in North America, Costa Rica, and Southeast Asia. With 3-4 yoga retreats a year and monthly classes and workshops, there are many opportunities to join in! Sarah is always eager to introduce people to the bliss of practicing authentic yoga & meditation.
He is also the company's main representative in Canada & USA and solely coordinates with the clients from this region.

Lila Khatri
Position: Trekking Guide/Cook
Like other members of the company, Mr. Lila Khatri also from Solukhaumbu district known as Everest region. He has in-depth experience on this field and he has stepped up from being a porter to become a guide and senior cook. He is specializing in high altitude trekking and camping. He has been leading many groups in Nepal and Tibet since 1999. Being a professional cook, Lila knows various cuisines like Chinese, Indian and South Indian, Nepali and many more. He has been working at Nature Explore Treks Since 2015 as a senior cook and a guide. He has completed numerous programs & trainings conducted by NMA, TAAN, KEEP and Nepal Academy of Hotel Management. He is always ready to make delicious food for you and guide you on the mountains of Nepal and Tibet.
Mingmar Sherpa
Position: Seniour Climbing Guide
Mr. Mingmar Sherpa was born to a farming family in the remote mountainous region of the Sankhuwasbha district known as the Mount Makalu range. He started his career as an assistant guide and has been working as a climbing guide for 14 years. He has an impressive track record of scaling all the major mountains of Nepal, Pakistan, and Tibet. He has climbed Mount Everest over 8 times, Mount K2 over 2 times, Mount Cho Oyu 4 times, Mount Makalu 3 times, Mount Amadablam 5 times, and many other peaks such as Lobuche Peak, Island Peak, Pisang Peak to name a few. Like many of his colleagues, he too has completed various mountaineering courses and programs organized by TAAN.
Chhabindra Khatri
Position: Trekking Guide
Mr. Chhabin Kc (Chhabindra Khatri) was born and raised in eastern Nepal's Solukhumbu district known as the Everest region. He is a licensed guide and he has a lot of experience in trekking and hiking in the mountains of Nepal and Tibet. Chhabin is our senior guide who has been working with Nature Explore Trek since 2017. He has guided for tourists to many popular destinations like the Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, and Kanchenjunga regions. He has participated a lot of training conducted by KEEP, TAAN, and NATHEM. He is one of our company's honest, friendly, and helpful guides. Tej Bahadur Karki
Position: Trekking Guide
Born and raised in rural village of Solukhumbu in Everest region, Mr. Tej Bahadur Karki has very long experience on the tourism field. He started his carrier as a porter and gradually moving to assistant guide, assistant cook, and full cook before he become a certified guide. He is also one of the very honest, helpful, and friendly guides in Nature Explore trek.
He is always ready to guiding people on the mountains of Nepal. People who have trekked with Tej, they have left valuable and positive comments regarding his service.
Kami Sherpa
Position: Climbing guide
Coming from eastern Nepal's Sankhuwasabha district, (known as Makalu region) Kami Sherpa who was born in rural and remote village of the district. He has been working for the company from the very beginning when Nature Explore was established in 2015. Having years of experience on tourism field, climbing is what he enjoys the most. He has summited many mountains and peaks and holds many credible certificates such as an English Language Proficiency Diploma, Climbing Training (NMA) and the Basic First Aid Training. He believes that the best part about his job as a trekking & climbing guide is being able to share Nepal’s history and culture with people from all over the world.
Dawa Sherpa
Position: Climbing Guide
Mr. Dawa Sherpa's birthplace is close to Mt. Makalu (5th highest mountain in the world) in the eastern part of Nepal's Shankhuwasbha district. He begun his climbing carrier right after finished his high school and now he become a professional climbing guide . He has been working with Nature Explore Trek for a long time.
Dawa has already climbed Mt. Everest, Mt. K2, Mt. Makalu, , Mt. Manaslu, and Mt. Aama Dublam more than once. He has also summited below 6500m. peaks like Mera peak, Island peak, Labuche peak, and more several time. He is not only climbing guide, he is also trekking guide and he has done many trek in Everest region, Annapurna region, Manaslu region, Makalu region, and Dolpa region. He has finished successfully "The Great Himalaya Trail" (distance approximately 1800Km) in 130 days.

Santosh Sunuwar
Position: High adventure cook
Mr. Santosh who was born in eastern Nepal's hilly region in Okhaldhunga district. He started his tourism carrier as a porter and continue promoted to high altitude adventure cook. He is not only the works as a cook but he works as assistant guide and porter guide as well.
Santosh has been almost all northern part of Nepal like, Kanchanjunga, Makalu, Everest, Langtang, Manaslu, Annapurna, Mustang, Dolpa, and Far wast Nepal, and showed his cooking skill very well. Also, he has been those places as a porter guide. He is familiar with Nepali, American, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. Santosh also has done "Great Himalayan Trail" in 2019 with some of our other field staffs and finished the total distance of approximately 1800m in 130 days.

Raman Tamang
Position: Trekking guide
Born in Kavrepalanchok, the part of middle eastern Nepal, Mr. Raman Tamang is an experience trekking guide in our company who has been working with us for a long time. He has trekked widely on the hills and mountains of Nepal. He is a license holder guide, also a friendly, and helpful guide in our company. He has taken many training conducted by KEEP, NATHM, and TAAN. All of our clients, who have trekked with Raman, have left positive comments regarding his service.
Kishor Chhetri
Position: Assistant Trekking Guide
Kishor Chhetri is also from the Everest region, he was born in a remote village in Solukhumbu. Now, he is working as an assistant guide with Nature Explore treks and he started his career as a porter he has been part of many groups and has been to many popular trekking destinations in Nepal
Ramchandra Basnet
Position: Trekking guide
Mr. Ramchandra Basnet who was also born and raised in Solukhumbu district, eastern Nepal known as Everest region. He has been working with us as a guide since 2018. Like other guides of Nature Explore treks , he is well trained and licensed guide in the company. He has been many popular touristic destination of Nepal. He is always ready to guide you on the mountains of Nepal.
Tenji Sherpa
Position: Climbing Guide
Mera peak specialist (Which is located in Everest region) Mr. Tenji Sherpa was born in Lukla Nepal, known as Everest region. He is one of our best climbing guide for Mera Peak who climbs Mera peak more than 30 time in a year. He is well trained, good behaved, and licensed climbing guide at our company. He has been working with Nature Explore Treks since 2015. People who have climbed Mera peak with Tenji, have left valuable positive feedback regarding his services.
Phubadhile Sherpa
Position: Climbing Guide
Mr.Phubadhile Sherpa who was born and raised in the remote village of middle eastern Nepal known as Rolwaling region. He started his climbing carrier on the mountain from his early age. He has taken many training conducted by NMA, Tourism Board, KEEP, TAAN, and NATHM. He has summited Mt. Dhaukagiri, Mt. Kanchanjuga, and Mt. Everest in 2019. He has also summited many other peak in the Everest region and Annapurna region. He is well trained, licensed guide at Nature Explore Treks and he has been working with us since 2015.
Ramesh Karki
Position: Trekking guide
Mr. Ramesh Karki who is a smart, kind, and friendly guy working as adventure cook and trekking guide at Nature Explore Treks. He was also born and raised in Solukhumbu district, eastern Nepal known as Everest region. Mr. Ramesh is working with us since 2015. He has been to many trekking destinations in Nepal. He has done "The Great Himalayan Trail" as a senior cook. He has a lot of working experience in high altitude places and he is always ready to assist you in the mountains of Nepal.
