To join us:

• For Double Occupancy/Twin Share pay your non-refundable deposit of USD $500 per person below. And nominate for each person whether they are trekking on non-trekking on this trip.
• For Single Occupancy pay your non-refundable deposit of USD $500 and nominate if you are trekking or non-trekking.
• The balance of your payment can be made at any time up until 6 weeks ago when full payment is due.

• Airport pick up and drop off by private car, jeep/bus as per group size.
• 5 nights accommodation in Kathmandu in 4 star hotel including breakfast
• Sightseeing in Kathmandu as per itinerary including entrance fees for temples, monasteries and museums, transportation and professional guide.
• Visit to a school (or orphanage) in Kathmandu.
• Transportation to Chitwan by private car, jeep/bus as per group size.
• 2 nights Chitwan Hotel with jungle tour and Breakfast/lunch/dinner
• Hot Drinks
• Transportation to Pokhara from Chitwan
• 1 night in Pokhara on arrival 4 star hotel including breakfast before the trek and 2 nights after the trek.

Trekking Component

• Transportation by private jeep to trekking station starting point and return back to Pokhara after the trek.
• All necessary permits and fees.
• 5 nights accommodation on the trek – tea house style including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Hot drinks – tea or coffee – and fresh fruits after dinner.
• Experienced Guide and supporting staff (1 porter for each 2 trekkers).
• Nature explore trek duffle bag (loan).
• T-shirt as gift
• Treated Drinking water
• Trekking map and documents.

After the trek:

• Visit to Pumdikot after the trek.
• 1 day yoga/meditation retreat in Pokhara.
• Pokhara – Kathmandu domestic flight with airport pickup and drop off.
• All ground transportation throughout the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.
• Any cancellation made 1 month before 75% of the tour price will be refunded.
• Any cancellation made 15 days before 50% of the tour price will be refunded.
• We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum numbers required (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
• Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
